MEET DELONICA JAMES
Delonica James is a native of the "Port City," Mobile, Alabama but it was her opportune judgment that landed her in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2005. Two years later she established a career in business allowing her to climb corporate ladders. Her education and experience have allowed her to excel in corporate roles, like Finance Management, Logistics Management and Planning, Market Operations Management and Market Management.

She is a businesswoman whose success has allowed her to commence investments in real estate and her enterprise, Tax Innovations. Blessed beyond measures and grateful for all of her opportunities, accomplishments, and success it is her most recent junction that she is most excited about, "The James Company."

Chaz James outgoing charisma and voice on the microphone has allowed him to build distinguished relationships and build a platform that has granted him the opportunity to uplift others and give back to his community. Hosting the hottest events in South Louisiana gave him his name in the entertainment industry, "M.C. Lac."
His roots run deep in Thibodaux, Louisiana where he is originally from but New Orleans, Louisiana is where he made a name for himself. Becoming a reputable host/hype man granted him the opportunity to grace the stage with celebrities like, Drake, Meek Mill, Migos, Future, Rick Ross, Jeezy, P. Diddy, Floyd Mayweather, New Orleans own Larry Morrow and more.
